Summary: Responsible for PM tooling - staging ,ordering and inventory control.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:
Meet with Scheduling Department daily
Meet with Compact & Sinter Manager daily
Update PM tooling staging check list.
Work with Engineering during new product development stages
Process improvement projects as assigned by Compact & Sinter Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES WITHIN THE QUALITY SYSTEM:
Stop production for nonconforming or suspect product.
Identify and record problems.
Recommend solutions to problems through channels.
EDUCATION: High School
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office and Machine Shop environment
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO
Essential Functions: This position is very stressful with prolonged standing and walking. Many weeks with 50
hours.
Experience: 2 years Powdered Metal Manufacturing.
SKILLS: Basic managing and supervisory skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
